FLYING 55+ LB TAKES PAPERWORK. THAT IS OUR LANE.

Registrations, exemptions, and authorizations for heavy UAS are daily work at RADS. We spec the legal path before the machine ships.

SPEC IT IN THREE MOVES

HOW THE BUILD WORKS

  • 1. Pick the payload system. Lift is a fixed cargo mount for strapped loads. Winch lowers loads on a motorized line into spots you cannot land. Run both for mixed missions.
  • 2. Pick the power. The C12000 charger pairs with a generator you already own. The D14000 generator is the all-in-one field power plant.
  • 3. Pick the pack count. $4,088 per flight battery. Two keeps a rotation going. Four keeps a long mission moving.

Parachute kit adds $5,969 when the mission calls for the extra layer.

Every build is quoted before anything is charged, and we will talk you out of hardware you do not need.

WHY BUY FROM RADS

BOUGHT FROM OPERATORS. BACKED BY A BENCH.

Operator-Owned

We stage drone operations in country trucks argue with. The FlyCart is support gear we spec for real setups: packs, chem, water, and tools moved to where the work actually is.

Compliance In-House

FAA Part 137, Section 44807 exemption, and Part 107 pilots on staff. Heavy-lift authorizations are paperwork we live in.

Service & Crash Recovery

Genuine DJI parts, maintenance plans, and a repair bench that gets you back in the air fast.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

FLYCART 100 HIGHLIGHTS

220 LB ON THE HOOK

100 kg max payload in single-battery mode. 85 kg with dual packs when the mission wants redundancy and reach.

62-INCH CARBON PROPS

Rigid, light, and heat-stable with optimized airfoils. Propeller clamps on the upper motors cut vibration for steadier flight.

WINCH-PRECISE DELIVERY

Lower loads on the line into tight clearings, creek bottoms, and row middles without putting a skid on the ground.

BIG MOTORS, BIG MARGINS

High-torque motors and 420A ESCs hold performance on heavy lifts. Optional parachute kit for the extra layer.

FlyCart Details

The support ship. STRAIGHT TALK.

Every spray day is a logistics day: packs rotating, chem staged, water and tools landing where the trailer is not. The FlyCart 100 moves all of it over creeks, up draws, and past the soft ground that eats pickups. That is the job. A support ship for crews working country the road does not reach.

Spec it honest. The lift mount carries strapped loads simply and cheap. The winch earns its price the first time you lower gear into a spot you could not land. Single-battery mode lifts the full 220 lb; dual packs trade payload for margin and reach. The parachute kit is there when the mission calls for the extra layer.

Straight talk: anything this size flies on paperwork as much as props. Registrations, exemptions, and authorizations are daily work at RADS, and we spec the legal path with the build. And if a pickup can do your job cheaper, we will say so before you spend a dime.

WHAT'S RIGHT to get you OUTFITTED?

That is part of our deal. Call us with the loads you move and the ground you move them over, and we will spec payload, power, and pack count for the real mission. If the FlyCart is the wrong tool, we will point you at the right one and explain why.
